With BazaarVoice, I was able to work with great clients like Walmart, Unilever, and Revlon to create 15 apps and over 10,000 reviews of new products.
UI/UX Design and User Testing
With Walmart clocking tens of thousands of reviews in a few days and Purina touring the country reviewing their products at dog shows across the country, I focused heavily on early Sketch prototypes, lots of working iOS prototypes, and several rounds of user testing. This project was about quantity AND quality of reviews, so my team tested form length, scrolling, question design and copy, and application flow to create best practices for every app we created.
